What does Limited Akc refer to?

Limited registration is for dogs that will NOT  be used as breeding animals. Not because there is anything necessarily wrong with them, but because either the breeder or the owner has decided that they will not/should not produce puppies. The dog with the Limited registration papers IS registered! The only difference is that his/her PUPS CANNOT be registered.  AKC Limited Registration can be entered in any other licensed or member event. These events include: Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility, and Earthdog.

What kind of care do you provide for the puppies?

We treat all of our dogs as family.  We provide the best care and nutrition for our puppies.  We also keep our puppies indoors to eliminate exposure to parasites and viruses(parvo, worms).

Do you ship puppies?

Please Contact us about shipping.

When can I take the puppy home?

Do you breed your dogs back to back?

We make the decision about when to breed our girls in a case by case basis. Most, if not all reproductive vets say it is better to breed back to back, then to skip a season and breed when the females are older.

Puppies will not be ready to leave our care until they are eight weeks old. No exceptions

Which makes a better pet male or female?

It’s a common question we get asked often: Is a neutered male dog as good a pet as a female? The answer is absolutely yes! Ultimately, the focus should be less on gender and more on the individual dog's personality. Each dog has unique traits that contribute to making it a wonderful companion.

Is my decision to purchase one of your puppies the only factor in obtaining one of them?

It is crucial that you feel confident and comfortable in your decision, and we expect the same level of assurance from you before proceeding with the sale of our puppies. We reserve the right to decline any sale if we find it necessary. We take great pride in the upbringing of our puppies and anticipate that their new families will continue to provide the same level of care. To facilitate this process, we require potential families to complete a puppy application and arrange a phone conversation during which time everyone gets the opportunity to ask each other questions, and we can provide you with essential details and offer advice/tips on how to get the puppies off to a great start in your home.
